Environmental Technological Solutions is a company specialising in the acquisition, processing and digitalisation of technical data on networks, plants and civil infrastructure. Our work covers three areas, surveying, leak detection and monitoring, through which we give water service operators, utilities, public bodies and engineering firms an accurate and continuously updated picture of the condition of the infrastructure they manage.
We operate throughout Italy, with more than 300 sites completed and 20,000 km of networks monitored to date.
Environmental Technological Solutions is part of the Axeya Group, a multidisciplinary engineering hub that brings together civil, hydraulic, infrastructure and environmental engineering expertise.

History
ETS - Environmental Technological Solutions was founded in 2020 in Nogaredo, in the province of Trento, on the initiative of its founders Giuliano Adami and Michele Gasperotti, to offer a specialist, cutting-edge service in leak detection and in the surveying of utility networks.
In the years that followed, the company consolidated its position, rapidly growing its team and the area it serves until it operated across northern and central Italy.
Joining the Axeya Group marked a new phase of growth: the specialisation of ETS now combines with the expertise of the other group companies in civil, hydraulic, structural and environmental engineering, broadening the services on offer and the ability to support clients throughout the life cycle of their infrastructure.

The Axeya Group
AXEYA is a multidisciplinary engineering hub bringing together civil, hydraulic, infrastructure and environmental expertise. Made up of five companies, Idrostudi, Overgrid, ETS, ETC and ASDEA, it offers coordinated, complete solutions for civil infrastructure, water and the environment, supporting public bodies, operators and businesses from design to fieldwork, through to the management and optimisation of water systems and networks.
Within the group, ETS is the company specialising in field data acquisition, which feeds into and integrates with the engineering, monitoring and modelling work of the other group companies.
For clients, this means a single point of contact for expertise spanning different sectors and services, with no loss of continuity from one project phase to the next.

Operational, technical and commercial activities are coordinated by a team of managers with direct experience in water and civil infrastructure, ensuring continuity and quality at every stage of the projects we deliver.
Our team
Behind every survey, every leak located and every database is the work of a team that shares skills, responsibilities and goals. We bring together professionals from different technical backgrounds, united by an approach focused on quality, precision and problem solving.
Field technicians, GIS specialists, survey operators, project managers and coordinators work in close collaboration every day to ensure operational continuity at every stage of the project.
Experience gained in the field is combined with continuous professional development and the use of the most advanced technologies: a wealth of expertise reflected in the quality of the data we deliver to our clients. Our team now numbers more than 50 professionals.

UNI EN ISO 9001 : 2015
“Quality Management System”
Aiming for constant growth and ever greater efficiency in its organisation, ETS set out to comply with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. This led to a set of company management procedures brought together in the "Quality Management System".
The system was assessed by TÜV - Thüringen Italia Srl (accredited by ACCREDIA), and certification was first obtained in April 2023.
UNI EN ISO 14001 : 2015
“Environmental Management System”
In 2024, ETS developed internal procedures specifically designed to verify, monitor and consequently improve any environmental impact of its work. To this end, ETS brought its operations into line with UNI EN ISO 14001:2015.
The processes that make up the "Environmental Management System" were audited by TÜV - Thüringen Italia Srl, and certification was issued at the end of October that year.

“Guidelines on the management system for gender equality”
To promote an equal working environment free of any gender distinction, ETS committed to adopting a set of procedures aimed at improving the wellbeing of its employees. For ETS this meant committing to: promoting and protecting diversity in full respect of the principles of gender equality; offering a better balance between private and working life, with particular attention to the distribution of family responsibilities; and promoting a more inclusive organisation that respects every individual. The system adopted by ETS was certified by TÜV - Thüringen Italia (accredited by Accredia) in February 2025.

“Occupational health and safety management systems”
ETS has always paid particular attention to occupational health and safety, adopting suitable procedures to protect the health of its staff. Over the years, ETS has developed a set of procedures that maintain the high safety standard the company has set itself. The procedures that make up the occupational health and safety management system were submitted for certification and approved by TÜV - Thüringen Italia in April 2025.
